How do I subscribe and save?
It's simple! Go to the shop page, find a product, select "subscribe & save", then add to your cart.
Finish checkout and you're done! Sit back & relax, we'll take care of the rest.

Can I change my frequency?
Yes! You have complete control over your account + what and when you order. You can choose between 30 day or 60 day recurring deliveries on any subscription. You can even "skip" a month if you haven't finished your Aurum products. If you are already a member simply login here to update.
Can I switch my product?
Need to increase your frequency? Want to try something new? No problem! Swap, change, add or delete any product in your account portal at any time. No questions asked. Already a member simply login here to update.
When do I get charged?
You will be emailed an invoice to finalise your order every 30 or 60 days from the date you became a member (depends on what frequency you chose). Get your orders on your time.
